But his methods were so sneaky that we did not even tell him that we are already mlm consultants for the same network marketing company he is associated with.So what were his methods?He approached us and said:I have a business proposition for you guys however I cannot tell you what it is right now but I will tell you tomorrow night at 7:30.We were so amazed that we did not know what to say. Then he continued to ask us if we were interested and also if he should book seats for us.His methods were so unprofessional that we were convinced that his business was drugs or something illegal which is exactly the view many people hold towards network marketing.So, this brings us to our next point,2. Network marketing is not for everyoneMany people believe that mlm is for everyone but the fact is this:Not everyone can own and control a successful business, whether it is mlm or a traditional business.Furthermore, not everyone wants to own their business. Some people are quite happy being employees.Sure being an employee has its disadvantage but some workers are comfortable receiving a check at the end of the week or month and would not give that up to become a network marketer or any other type of business owner.Moreover, there are people who get into network marketing to get rich quick. They are the worst downlines you can have.Additionally there are those who do mlm because they are buying hope. This means they are not interested in learning about business but are just taking a chance on something hoping that it will improve their financial position. They are similar to gamblers who play games that they are not sure to win and rely on luck more than their own brainpower.The point we are making here is: if you spend your precious time and money on persons who are not cut out for mlm then you wll run into financial difficulty and also have little personal time.3.So, how do you sell your mlm opportunity and products to the right persons to experience mlm success?Well, ask yourself these questions:Do you agree that mlm opportunity is a business like any other business?Do you read any self development books (like Rich Dad Poor Dad)?Do you have a day to day business system operating in your mlm business?Does your business have a monthly marketing budget?Do you know how to sell without sounding like a salesperson?Do you believe that the internet has an important role in the business world today?
