FITNESS CLASEES – Go ahead try out that new exercise classes you heard so much of. have fun doing water workouts that are easy on your joints. Wear funky gear and exercise your heart out on water. Alternatively try dance classes or techniques be it any jazz rumba samba, in addition to keeping you fit they will also help you gain confidence and new friends.

CDS VCR / DVD – visit the Dvd store and grab any fitness video and follow what they teach in the video all from the comfort of your own living room.

PLANNING EXERCISES WITH EVENTS- A Fun thing to do is to run on your joggertill the marathon on T.v lasts and see how well you fare
Remember workouts if fun filled and entertaining provide better gains as compared to those which are monotonous and boring.
